One of those weekends where your friend has been gifted too many bottles of Bailey's for Christmas so you decide to get together and have a baking day to use some up.

We have some very tasty Bailey's and chocolate cupcakes and some large Bailey's chocolate chip cookies (almost cookie cakes they were so big) washed down with some ice cold Bailey's. Lovely!!! Victoria Clayton Gemma Drake

So yesterday was that day of the year where you're expected to feed other people with cake when the day is supposed to be about you haha.Not quite sure where that last year went since the big one!
So work got to enjoy caramel cupcakes and Lemon Drizzle cake!

So with the New Year seen in, here is cake maker 1 of 2026!
When the birthday girl wants a fairy, mermaid, princess, unicorn cake, you gotta do it right?!

I have been quiet on the bakes for some time, think I need to pick it up a bit more this year, let's see what we can do.
