The UK has become one of the first countries to offer 24-hour mental health support over the phone, after England joined Scotland and Wales in launching such a service. People can now call 111 at any time of day to talk to a mental health professional who can organise assessments, dispatch crisis teams, and signpost users to available local help. The Life Centre needs help, it is facing the prospect of closure due to class numbers being so low because of covid. Please help keep the centre open. I am offering a fundraising treatment of craniosacral therapy on my next visit 11th, 12th & 13th December. I sincerely hope it is not my last xx
