πŸ’œπŸŒΏ HER Programme – Week 5

As we continue this learning journey together, Week 5 created space to explore and better understand some of the more challenging emotions we all experience.

This week, we explored:

Depression – how it can affect our thoughts, feelings, and daily life
Anxiety – understanding our responses to stress
Anger – recognising and expressing it in healthy ways
Guilt and shame – and how these emotions can impact our sense of self

It was a deeply reflective session, and the strength within this wonderful group continues to grow as these amazing ladies connect and support one another.

We are now taking a short break for half term, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back after the Easter holidays to continue their journey of growth and self-discovery.

A heartfelt thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund for making this programme possible and supporting women in our community every step of the way. πŸŒΏπŸ’œπŸ€

πŸ’œπŸŒΏ HER Programme – Week 2

Following on from our first session, these amazing ladies came together again as they continue their journey of growth, reflection, and empowerment on the HER Self-Development Programme at Athletic Minds Foundation.

This week, we explored:
Understanding our core beliefs and where they come from
Identifying our core values and what truly matters to us
Reflecting on how our beliefs can shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us

It was another meaningful session filled with honesty, reflection, and supportive conversation as the group continues to build trust and connection with one another.

Again, deep gratitude to The National Lottery Community Fund for funding these opportunities for women in our community. Each week brings so much insight, self-discovery, and growth. 🀍🌿 The National Lottery Community Fund
