Monday 15th & Tuesday 16th December

Pause to Reflect is an opportunity to move your body with intention while tuning into how you’re feeling physically, energetically, and mentally.

This class offers supportive, functional movement — enough to help you feel connected, mobile, and energised, without rushing or forcing. You’ll be guided to move with awareness, noticing how movement and breath influence not just your body, but also your energy and state of mind.

We’ll finish with time to pause and observe. A chance to reflect on how the practice has made you feel, and to notice any subtle shifts that have taken place.

This week’s class is all about softening your energetic body as well as your physical one. We’ll slow the pace, move gently, and give your system space to settle.

Expect grounding breathwork, soothing movement, and moments of stillness to help you feel calmer, clearer, and lighter. A chance to pause… to arrive… and to reconnect with yourself on your mat.
