It’s time to march into life — with strength, awareness, and balance. 💪✨

This class focuses on one of the most fundamental movements we do every day: hip flexion — the action of lifting your leg or bending at the hips. But here’s the thing… most of us do it in a way that creates compensation patterns — rounding the spine, tensing the neck, or gripping through the lower back.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:
🦵 Flex well at the hip while keeping your spine tall and stable
🌬️ Coordinate breath with movement for better core support
🧘‍♀️ Build awareness of how your hips connect to your posture and balance
💫 Move with integrity — not just flexibility

November’s theme is Mobility through Yoga — and we’re starting from the ground up!

Your feet are the foundation of every movement you make — they carry you, balance you, and connect you to the earth. When they’re stiff or weak, it can ripple up the body, affecting your knees, hips, and even your posture.

This week’s class is a mobility-focused treat for your feet — we’ll explore movement, strength, and release to help you:
✨ Improve balance and stability
✨ Relieve tension from standing or sitting all day
✨ Reconnect to your foundation with mindful movement
