Part of our Month of Yoga + Mobility.

This week’s class is all about refining the upper-body mechanics that power your movement — whether that shows up in your yoga practice, your sport, or simply the way you hold yourself day to day.

In Sharpen Your Swing, we’ll explore:
✨ Chest-opening drills to counter desk posture
✨ Scapula activation for better control + strength
✨ Energetic lines from hand → forearm → shoulder
✨ Understanding wrist mobility and stability
✨ Functional patterns that create a smoother, stronger swing (yes… even off the mat)

Expect mobility, stability, and intelligent sequencing to help your upper body move with more freedom and precision.

It’s time to march into life — with strength, awareness, and balance. 💪✨

This class focuses on one of the most fundamental movements we do every day: hip flexion — the action of lifting your leg or bending at the hips. But here’s the thing… most of us do it in a way that creates compensation patterns — rounding the spine, tensing the neck, or gripping through the lower back.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:
🦵 Flex well at the hip while keeping your spine tall and stable
🌬️ Coordinate breath with movement for better core support
🧘‍♀️ Build awareness of how your hips connect to your posture and balance
💫 Move with integrity — not just flexibility

Whether you’re sitting, walking, or stepping into a lunge, hip flexion shows up everywhere — and when it’s done well, it can transform how your whole body moves and feels.

Your feet are the foundation of every movement you make — they carry you, balance you, and connect you to the earth. When they’re stiff or weak, it can ripple up the body, affecting your knees, hips, and even your posture.

This week’s class is a mobility-focused treat for your feet — we’ll explore movement, strength, and release to help you:

This class focuses on the two most common places we hold tension — the hips and shoulders. Through mindful movement and gentle opening, you’ll begin to unravel layers of built-up stress, release tightness, and rediscover freedom of movement. Each sequence is designed to bring you back into balance, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

🌿 Upper Body Unwind

So much of our daily tension gathers in the neck, shoulders, and upper back — whether from hours at a desk, emotional stress, or simply holding ourselves upright against gravity. Over time, this can leave us feeling tight, heavy, and disconnected from ease.

Upper Body Unwind is a gentle yet powerful class that helps to release that build-up. We’ll move through sequences that:
✨ Decrease strain through the neck and shoulders
✨ Gently open the chest wall to support deeper, fuller breathing
✨ Lengthen and soften the sides of the neck
✨ Create space through the sides of the body to improve posture and free the breath

When we open the side body, we allow the rib cage to expand more freely, giving the diaphragm space to move and the breath to deepen. A slower, fuller breath helps calm the nervous system, easing stress and restoring a sense of inner balance.

As the upper body softens and opens, the mind follows — the shoulders drop, the breath slows, and you reconnect with a sense of lightness and calm.

This class is perfect for anyone who spends long hours at a computer, carries stress in their shoulders, or simply needs an evening to let go and recharge.

In this class, we’ll explore how mindful, core-connected movement can help release physical and mental heaviness — freeing space for greater ease, flow, and energy.

Through intelligent sequences, you’ll build strength and mobility while reawakening lightness from the inside out.
We’ll finish with a guided relaxation to help your body integrate, your mind settle, and your whole system reset. 🌿
