Reflexology
Foot massage followed by Pressure points of feet where areas on the feet map the body internally and externally so good for treating all sorts of ailments …… any body aches / arthritis/ rheumatism, ( mainly by helping to boost circulation throughout the body and flushing toxins ) , headaches / migraines / ibs / digestive issues , sinus , lymph etc all treated in a relaxing non invasive way .

Indian head massage
Traditional Indian head massage is done in a chair, but I also offer an adapted lie down one with similar benefits but not as vigorous( this suits people who suffer health issues & migraines )

For Indian head massage 💆‍♀️ it’s a totally different massage experience more faster paced looking as creating heat over the areas massaged , fast movements and lots of pressure points . Idea is to rebalance the body and release negative energy.

Areas massages arms, upper back , neck, shoulders , scalp & face

I also offer a pre treatment of hand and foot massage for the ultimate Indian head massage - this pre treatment really helps you relax and enjoy the Indian head massage more .

Just a recap of some of my relaxing treatments as this time of year they tend to be even more popular and I have been getting a few more enquiries ….
So basically for massages I offer a selection and charge for time allocation .

I’m trained in sports remedial - this covers any ongoing problems from repetitive strain, sports related issues to aches and pains in shoulder / neck from driving / office work . The difference is it’s much deeper looking to locate the route of the problem for any aches . Sports massage is by far my most popular service and totally customised to your needs. I generally use rosemary and eucalyptus oils which are great for warmth .

The next level massage is what I call rosemary massage which is deep but at a more relaxing pace and flows better than a sports massage , It’s the best of both worlds relaxing and good to loosen any aches and pains.

The luxury / relaxing massage I call a rose massage which is all the relaxing moves , pressure points ,relaxing flow using calming oils-chamomile , lavender , geranium.

Then finally I offer manual lymphatic drainage which can be given firmly for muscle aches and lymph drainage or lightly for relaxation focusing on draining the lymphatic flow and promoting overall body health and well being citrus and stimulating oils -lemongrass , orange really help release toxins and help with lymphatic drainage too.

Price wise for different massages and areas different time allocation is required but a general idea is
£23 ( = 30 min Back , neck , shoulder )
£28 ( = 45 min could be extended back , neck shoulder or you could add in back of legs or scalp )
£36 ( = 1 hour , a long back massage or a full body massage)
£47-50 ( 90 minutes full body, abdomen , scalp , face , neck and décolleté)
£60 ( 2 hours lengthened slow flowing massage same areas as 90 mins but stretched out to full 2 hours )

Training wise I’m trained in sports remedial, deep tissue, Swedish , aromatherapy ( including blending oils) manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology and Indian head massage . This helps me really tailor my massage treatments to each person . If something isn’t to your liking we can adapt throughout the treatment.

I also offer combo treatments with reflexology and facials. Feel free to ask for more info on these.
