🍃 As someone who has long been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia ~ I am currently working on a new method of pain relief 🌿

Nothing is promised… but I have recently become aware of a new avenue of potential treatment …

🔛 Over the next few weeks I will be delving deeper into this fascinating new medical concept and experimenting on myself… 🙏

If the results are positive I will be looking to offer a package to my lovely Juno Tribe 🥰

Well I had much planned for today @ The Healing Hut … busy, busy, busy…
Which included a very productive meeting with my wonderful Social Media advisor ( you know who you are ) 🤩
Another step was taken to ‘move in’ … finding places for my therapeutic oils, books, plants & Wiggery bits… 😊
The rain was relentless, but despite the weather I lost myself in an impromptu Qi Gong set and then to end the day I played with the photos I took within the Hut… I love this place… Magic happens here ✨ 🙏

Juno Holistic is creating a sacred space for women to gather & connect each month.

This is an invitation to come together & share natural, intuitive ways of nurturing ourselves & our loved ones 💚

We will explore both ancient & modern knowledge ~ reconnecting with practices that support Holistic Health, Nourishment & Healing.

Together we will:

💠 Share & exchange practical wisdom for eating well & living healthier
💠 Learn & rediscover traditional skills of self preservation & natural healing
💠 Create lotions, remedies & simple potions using Herbs & Plants from the 💠 garden, allotment or simply pots on the patio
💠 Build a shared library of recipes, practices & lived experiences

“ Over time, many essential skills of self care, healing & resilience have been lost, hidden or simply forgotten… “

💠 So this is a space offered for Women… to work together, awakening our powerful intuition & honouring the Feminine Flame within us all …. 🙏
