Over the past two weeks, residents have been busy creating their designs with support from the team.

Yesterday, every resident and staff member had the chance to vote for their favourite — and we’re excited to announce that the winning design is… Rudolph and his friends! 🏆

At Cedars Place, we feel so fortunate to have a wonderfully multicultural team — including colleagues from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

Our residents and staff were keen to learn more about Sri Lankan heritage, culture, and food, and our team went above and beyond to share their traditions with us. They sang, danced, brought in spices and tea leaves for everyone to smell and taste, and even prepared a PowerPoint all about life in Sri Lanka — from faith and festivals to flags and famous landmarks.

It was a truly amazing afternoon, and our residents and families absolutely loved it.
A huge thank you to our staff who put this together in their own time — we are so grateful for you. 💛
