About You
Self-motivated
Flexibility and willingness to work unsocial hours
Good Attention to detail
Moderate level of fitness required
Experience (Desirable but not essential as training will be provided)
Experience as a Cleaning Operative
Knowledge of COSHH and Occupational Health and Safety
Other (Desirable but not essential)
Clean driving licence with your own vehicle (if you don’t, please check you can access our customer site on the days and hours you will be required to work) – We offer other work in the region for driver’s or staff who can travel to other sites to increase their cleaning hours.
A current DBS, we will fund an application if you do not have one.

For all positions confirmed pre-Xmas we are providing a sign-on bonus of up to £250 (based on a 39-hour week) which is awarded 50% on completion of a 3-month probation period, full and complete time & attendance. The balance 50% will be paid on the 1st anniversary.
Additional bonuses available include £0.10p/hour for employees who complete external training courses for cleaning certifications. We help employees apply for funded training which give them nationally recognised Level 2 cleaning qualifications.
