Featuring The Honey Badgers (Anthony’s band) the line up will once again be a mixture of rock, pop, ska, and soul.

Tickets can be ordered by contacting the club, but Fusion members, families, and friends can order direct through us at a heavily discounted rate. 🎫

So, we have landed in Southport, for a trip to Southport Food Market, so he can have a special hot dog, and yes, he likes this idea much better. 🤣

We have found a Brewer’s Fayre to enjoy some refillable hot drinks, obvs! ☕️

A Friday Feeling Shoutout, for this guy! 🔊

Rob has now been with us for one whole year (this week) and in that time, his journey towards becoming more independent has been nothing short of spectacular.

In the year that Rob has been with us, Rob has made massive strides when it comes to being confident, and self-sufficient during so many things, during sessions, and we couldn’t be prouder! 🤗

We are advocates of self-advocacy, and the encouragement of independence is fundamental in all that Fusion stands for.

During my teaching days, I once riskily told a parent “I will not do a single thing for your daughter, instead, I will support and encourage your daughter to do things for herself”, at which point one of my managers held her head in her hands nearby! 🤣

Our website proudly states “The encouragement of independence and self-advocacy are at the heart of everything that we do, and we instill the confidence and belief in each member that they are their own person, and encourage them to live as such.”

We feel that this is the way to provide the most opportunities for growth, and we continue to see progress, and play our small part in helping to cultivate strong, young adults, and Rob is a fantastic example of this.

Proud of you, Rob! Keep evolving, mate! 👏🏼

He was tasked with independently finding the said present, and even writing his own card, none of which are the easiest things for Adam to do!!

He even had to enter his own PIN, after the contactless option failed. 💴
