At the very start of 2024, George started his fitness journey with us, and aside from a few trips with school, and college, he hadn’t trained at a gym before.

One hundred and nine weeks later, George is an absolute pro. 🤩

Aside from the odd sick day, and Christmas breaks, George hasn’t missed an opportunity to become stronger, and fitter, so much so, that I often have to tell him to use lighter weights! 🤣

George regularly tells me that the gym helps him mentally, as well as his obvious gains in strength, which is fantastic to hear! 🤗
