ATTENTION ALL THOSE COMING TO MUMS NIGHT. 📣

As our evening is going to be a bit different with our pizzas and vocalist, it’s going to be too much to sell raffle tickets also.

But don’t worry, I know how much you ladies love our raffle. So we’ll still be doing it, just a bit different this time.

As of today until our evening you can message me directly and buy your raffle tickets. I’ll then write your name on them and on the night will select at random who’s won what! Bank transfers only.

Tickets remain at our usual £1 per strip OR buy 5 get 1 free!

So, don’t leave it until the last minute as I won’t be selling on the night, message today to get your tickets

Huge congratulations to our lovely Rachel and husband Aaron on the birth of beautiful Autumn.

Rachel was just a joy to have at classes each week and Aaron was so keen to be a really great dad at our parents to be workshop.

I know they’ll both make such wonderful parents and I wish them many years of happiness ahead 💕

Did you hear the latest? Breastfeeding rates in Scotland are at an all-time high!

That’s amazing news, not just because more babies are getting free, ready-made milk full of antibodies and incredible health benefits (including protection against certain cancers and a million other things)… but because it means more mums are feeling supported, informed, and empowered in their feeding choices. 💪🤱

Every time I mention feeding on my page, I usually get a mix of reactions and honestly, that’s okay.

Because here’s the truth: how you feed your baby is YOUR choice.

No pressure. No shame. Just choice. ❤️

My own boys were formula-fed at first for medical reasons, and later because it was the right decision for us. They’re both happy, thriving, and full of energy. 🩵

However you choose to feed your child, I hope it’s a decision you feel confident in, supported through, and educated about.

Being a mum is hard enough without judgment or guilt being added to the mix.

So today, let’s celebrate the fact that more women are being supported to make the feeding decisions that are right for them , whatever those decisions may be. 👶 🍼🤍

Why do I always feel so emotional at the end of our block of pregnancy classes?

I think it’s because I’ve had the privilege of getting to know some truly amazing women. Despite all the challenges and changes that pregnancy brings, every week they show up. They learn, join in, laugh, and support one another l, and I get to be a part of that journey. 💛

Now we’re heading into our final block of the year, and I’m so excited to welcome a new group of mums-to-be into our community.

Each of them will receive a fantastic welcome pack filled with resources, step-by-step plans, checklists, hints and tips, plus special discounts and freebies just for them.

I also want to say a huge thank you to the following businesses for their continued support:

🌸 - the wonderful women who work there always make me feel so welcome. Their clinic is warm, friendly, and supportive, and without them, our classes just wouldn’t be the same.

🧁 .a.cakes - my wonderful friend makes our delicious shortbreads that are hand painted just for our mums. Despite being a hard working mum herself she goes above and beyond for us.

🧴 - who have partnered with us this block to provide a beautiful hand made balm that will really help our new mums. Putting mums first is what they do.

You have until Wednesday 10th December to send your letter.

(I did it last year and included a self address envelope but never got a reply. Just a heads up to perhaps not warn kids in advance, then if it comes, it’s a nice surprise)
