Pregnancy can feel exciting, overwhelming, emotional and sometimes lonely. These classes are designed so you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
This is not a traditional antenatal class.
We don’t focus solely on labour. Instead, we offer ongoing, meaningful support throughout pregnancy and into the post-birth period filled with information and practical guidance because becoming a mother is about so much more than one day.

Many people already have friends with children but having your own group, going through pregnancy, birth, maternity leave, and baby milestones together, makes a huge difference. These friendships often continue long after the classes end, offering vital support during maternity leave and beyond.
