Kirsty is a busy mum of two young boys who rejoined our group on 6th January 2025,
determined to change her lifestyle. Before joining, she struggled with self-confidence—she didn’t like looking in the mirror, often avoided going out with friends, and would sit quietly at the back of the group, too shy to speak, even with her sister by her side.

Since then, Kirsty has completely transformed her life. She’s lost an amazing 4½ stone, gone from a size 26–28 to 16–18, sleeps better, she now knows how to cooks for her family,
making everyone Healthy,
now has the biggest, most radiant smile.
Her confidence has soared—she’s gone from shy and reserved to amazing and inspiring.

Kirsty hasn’t just transformed herself; she’s also become an invaluable part of our group she helps out in group as part of our social team each week,
she helps other members, supports me personally, and even makes sure every thing goes right at pay every week.
She’s made a huge impact without even realizing it, and we are all so proud of her.

Kirsty’s journey is proof that dedication, positivity, and support can create incredible change—not just in yourself, but in those around her aswell.

So very excited
Can we just take a moment this morning to fully appreciate the awesome new book coming all members way very soon!

With some changes to the plan and language changes this new book is just evidence that Slimming World isn’t going anywhere and is as current now as it was 56 years ago!

Hands up who’s really excited to get their hands on the new book I can't wait to show it off
