🤘NEW MACHINE 🤘

It’s been a long week getting some new (to us) machines up and running but should really help getting patch orders out the door quicker, got all but 2 heads running perfect but that’s tomorrows problem 😂

A bit of a different job in this week 🤙

Jet ski seat completely retrimmed in EXTREMELY hard wearing marine vinyl. A little overlooked detail in the upholstery industry is job specific threads, this seat just like our motorcycle seats have been stitched with non-wicking UV stable thread stopping water from getting to the foam 👌

Africa-Twin seat UPGRADE 🤘

We get SO many of these in that we thought we would make a post about them. From factory there is only 20mm of foam at the thinnest point on these seats making for a very uncomfortable ride.

FIX:
1. We remove the original cover

2. Cut a recess into the foam thick enough to fit the gel pad

3. Cover the entire seat with a 20mm memory foam topper

4. Refit the original cover for the same OEM look but now able to soak up the miles

This job comes in at £200 with a 2 week turnaround

This was a full comfort foam and medical gel build with a distressed leather cover.

Really enjoyed working on this one, had it in for a while so had time to really play around with some different designs and techniques for an awesome final product 👌
