So excited to announce that from the 14th July, I will be offering Pilates classes on Sunday mornings 10.15-11am in Strathaven at the lovely DPA studio 🤩

It 6 core stability, controlled movements, and proper alignment, making it effective for enhancing overall fitness and preventing injuries. Suitable for all fitness levels, Pilates helps strengthen your muscles, improve posture, and increase mobility through a series of precise, mindful exercises that connect breath to movement.
