As well as other classes at other studios and private classes- these are my group classes that I run on a weekly basis!
Mostly fully booked but usually space in my Thursday and Friday classes but booking essential to avoid disappointment!
We focus on connection, cultivating consciousness, work powerfully into our bodies to build resilience through slow functional flows. I create yoga sequences that use our whole body’s strength from toe strength to pelvic floor strength, back strength to ‘wrist strength’ - synchronised with your breath for optimal movement- this approach enhances our mobility and flexibility is definitely not a pre requisite to come to yoga, I’m much more focussed on bettering your mobility and you leaving class feeling stronger and more confident in your body! 💪
