🌅 Do this BEFORE your feet hit the floor tomorrow morning...

Most people wake up and launch straight into the day.

Coffee.
Phone.
Go.

But your spine has just spent 7 to 8 hours in one position.

It needs a moment to reset before the demands of the day load it up.

This 3-minute routine needs zero equipment and costs nothing. It might just be the most important 3 minutes of your entire day. 🦴

Your Morning Spine Reset Step 1 — Knees to Chest (60 seconds) Still lying on your back, draw both knees gently towards your chest and hold. Let your lower back decompress and settle into the mattress. Breathe slowly. No forcing. Just releasing.

Step 2 — Gentle Side Rolls (60 seconds) Keep your knees together and slowly let them drop to the left. Pause. Back to centre. Drop to the right. Pause. Back to centre. Repeat slowly for a full minute. You're waking up the joints, not stretching aggressively.

Step 3 — Slow Sit-Up to the Edge (30 seconds) Roll onto your side first, then use your arms to push yourself up to sitting.

Pause at the edge of the bed for 20 to 30 seconds before standing. Let your spine stack itself before gravity gets involved.

That's it. 3 minutes. Done.

Your spine will feel the difference by the time you reach the kitchen. ✨
