Had a great meeting this morning with some of my fellow consultants, setting some new goals and discussing how to help our members even further.
Back home this evening and using these ingredients, made a filling and tasty dinner …

Last week I took a step outside my comfort zone and tried Aquafit... I surprised myself and it was actually quite fun!! 😅
Unfortunately there were no spaces for this evenings class. BUT...
I didn't let that stop me from wanting to do something!!

So today, straight after work I went swimming. Now I'm not a strong swimmer, but with support and along with one of my daughters and a friend, they encouraged me to try lengths!!

*THIRTY* -yes 3,0- lengths later, I am back home having made a delicious salad for dinner and am feeling mighty proud of myself and very accomplished!! 🥳

Dinner was bloomin’ tasty too!! 🍽️

Today marks my 7th Anniversary as a Slimming World Consultant... there’s been highs and lows, laughter and tears and I've seen members come and go.
But one thing that has remained constant is the love and support!! 🫂🫶
To those who have supported me, thank you, I truly appreciate you and couldn't have done it without you!!
To those I have supported, thank you for allowing me to share your journey with you!
And to those who are still unsure if they need supporting, I look forward to welcoming you to our Slimming World family on Saturdays at Linden Hall Community Centre very soon 🥰
