I am so pleased to be invited to speak at this wonderful event! 🌟

I will be speaking about Empowerment through the Practice of Mindfulness.

The online event is on Saturday October 26th , 10-3.30pm.

My slot is at 11.30-12pm, so register below to come along.

New word alert. Wabi-sabi 🧑

A Japanese philosophy that finds beauty in imperfection, impermanence, and the natural cycle of growth and decay. It embraces the flawed, the incomplete, and the transient, valuing simplicity, rusticity, and the authenticity of objects aged by time.

Wabi-sabi encourages an appreciation for the understated and the imperfect, highlighting the beauty found in life's fleeting and humble moments.

In a world that pushes polished, glossy images of fake perfection I think we all need more Wabi-Sabi in our life.

Our Story

As a working mother, juggling the work/life balance often felt stressful and overwhelming. Looking for a new direction I discovered Mindfulness which helped me gain back control of my life. Learning and implementing the tools of Mindfulness reminded me to be compassionate with myself. I learnt to respond calmly rather than react negatively to life’s difficult situations.

I trained with Breathworks-Mindfulness Uk to become an Accredited Mindfulness Teacher. I am passionate about sharing these important skills which can make profound changes in our lives.

Over the years, I’ve seen many people benefit from the Mindfulness courses I run, and they have now developed techniques to help deal with their stress and anxiety, increasing their wellbeing and enjoying life more.
