Waqar and I were reflecting on the state of the world, on some of the dire situations people, and especially children, are finding themselves in. What can we do?

Through Shadow Work, we help individuals with their personal struggles, which then ripples out into their communities through their actions in the world.

But could we help in a more immediate way? Light bulb moment. We can combine the two.

We will be running our Shadow Work retreat in October as a charitable event, with all donations going to Save the Children.

A £70 payment covers all food and drink for the weekend. The rest is by anonymous donation to Save the Children after the event. While the typical cost is £395, you’re invited to give what feels right for you, based on what you can afford and the value the weekend holds for you.

No-one will know how much you have donated so if a Shadow Work weekend has been out of your financial reach before, this could be a good opportunity to take part.

Places are limited to six people so grab a space while they’re available.

Initial preparation webinar (online): Tuesday 30th September (18.00 - 20.00 UK time).
Main workshop (in person): Saturday 11th October 2025 (08.45) to Sunday 12th October 2025 (18.00).

Please make sure you are available for both the webinar and the main workshop when booking as the webinar is essential.
