🎾 YOUR MIND IS YOUR STRONGEST SHOT 🧠💥
One thing I’ve learned on and off the padel court: your mindset shapes your performance. Talent and training matter — but what really separates good from great is what happens between the points, especially when things don’t go your way.
That’s why I’m obsessed with diving deep into sports psychology. It’s not just about technique, it’s about training your brain to stay sharp, positive, and unshakable — point after point.
Here’s what I follow every time I lose a point 👇
⸻
🎯 HOW TO BOUNCE BACK AFTER LOSING A POINT IN PADEL
(Mindset Reset in 20 Seconds)
📍 1. Accept Instantly (0–3 sec)
• No drama. No blame.
• Tell yourself: “Next point.”
🧠 2. Reset Body Language (3–6 sec)
• Stand tall. Breathe deep.
• Confidence starts with posture.
🔁 3. Replay & Reframe (6–10 sec)
• Quick scan: Tactical? Technical? Mental?
• Learn. Don’t dwell.
• Say: “I know how to fix that.”
🔥 4. Refocus on Your Process (10–15 sec)
• Forget the past, lock into the next play.
• Use a cue word: “Focus”, “Aggressive”, “Smooth”.
• Visualize a strong start to the next point.
🤝 5. Reconnect With Your Partner (15–20 sec)
• Eye contact. Fist bump.
• Positive energy: “We got this.”
