Hanmer Holistic Healing Hanmer Holistic Healing offers Traditional Chinese Medical therapies including acupuncture, and tui na (Chinese massage). Weekly Qi Gong classses.

Established in 2013 Hanmer Holistic Healing offers Traditional Chinese Medical therapies including Acupuncture, and Tui Na (Chinese massage). Treatments can be used individually or in combination to promote the rebalancing and free flow of qi (energy) to alleviate illness and pain from injuries. Clinic Owner Linda Hallett has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture and is a member of The Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture UK (ATCM). The ATCM is the largest regulatory body in the UK for the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, (TCM). She has also done further studies through Lotus Nei Gong International School Of Internal Arts (LNG) in Classical Chinese Acupuncture and is qualified through LNG to teach Qi Gong. Prior to studying Chinese medicine Linda worked as a Registered General Nurse and Health Visitor for 35 years so brings a wealth of experience from both Eastern and Western medicine to her practice.

Thank you to all the students on the Dragon Dao Yin Retreat who made donations for their food and accommodation. Together we have raised enough to cover a cleft surgery and give a child a smile for life(Smiletrain) Here are a couple of things that made us all smile over the weekend. The sun shone for our annual North Wales LNG Wrexham retreat. We had a lovely group of students learning The Waking Dragon sequence in the fields at Small Farm. The students worked hard and by the second day everything started to come together. We could then focus more on the energetics and purging pathogens out. After a meal at the pub, Saturday night was an enjoyable rest sitting around the fire pit talking about Nei Gong practices and listening to Patrick playing guitar. Lovely to see everyone progressing with their practices🙂

Dragon Dao Yin Weekend
Saturday 22nd - Sunday 23rd June
Bangor on Dee Village Hall and Small Farm

Focusing on the Dao yin practices to purge pathogens from the energetic body this weekend will teach the basics of Dao Yin practice. We will be stretching and opening the body activating the lower dan tian and building qi before using the first Waking Dragon Dao Yin sequence to purge pathogens. This retreat is suitable for beginners/level 1 students to learn the basics of Dao Yin practices and for level 2 students to enhance and refine their practice.

Practice mornings will be at Bangor on Dee Village Hall,
Weather dependant afternoon sessions may be at Small Farm

Day 1 Session 1 10-1pm
Day 1 Session 2 2 -5pm
Day 2 Session 3 9.30-12.30
Day 2 Session 4 1.30-4.30

Total of 12 hours tuition

Cost £120

Accommodation choices.
1. Limited basic indoor accommodation can be provided at Small Farm, students bring their own sleeping bag or duvet - This book’s up quickly.
2. Unlimited camping for students to bring their own tents.
3. Students can book their own accommodation locally.

For students staying at Small Farm arrival from 6pm on Friday 21 June
A vegetarian evening meal will be provided and breakfast Saturday and Sunday.
Students need to bring their own lunch for Saturday and Sunday
Saturday night we usually eat at a local Pub.

Please note this year there will be NO SET CHARGE for accommodation and food but we ask for donations for charity which will be greatly appreciated.
