Learning to shift out of stressful emotional reactions to these heartfelt emotions can have profound positive effects on our cardiovascular systems and overall well-being.
Experience feelings like frustration, anxiety and insecurity, our heart-rhythm patterns become more erratic. These erratic patterns are sent to the emotional centers in the brain, which recognizes them as negative, or stressful feelings.
Conversely, HeartMath’s research shows, when we experience heartfelt emotions such as appreciation, love, care and compassion, the heart produces a very different rhythm – one that has a smooth pattern and looks something like gently rolling hills.

💛 The celebration is over… the care continues 💛My birthday has passed, I’m rocking 42 🔥 but this wish is still alive ✨ help PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Su***de save young lives.
Your love, kindness, and support have truly moved me. And the need doesn’t end with a date, young people still need listening hearts, someone there, hope made practical.
If you’ve donated already, thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏
If you’re still thinking about it, there’s still time. And if you can’t donate right now, sharing this, checking in on someone, or holding this work in your heart matters more than you know.
Let’s keep choosing the next right step together 👣❤️

Sunday mind massage💆
If you’re tired, emotional, trying again, choosing differently,
and still showing up, you’re not behind
You’re in the middle of the work.
The real, generational, heart-level work🩷🫶👏...and that’s exactly where change is born.

What am I proud of myself for surviving, learning, or softening this week?

Saturday mind massage💆
We stepped out of our comfort zone last weekend.
It wasn’t smooth. It wasNOT Instagram perfect. But it was life-expanding.
Our nervous system learns safety not by staying small, bbut by being met with kindness while you stretch.
Same for our kids. Same for us.

Would you like to sit with me to a 14min pathworking-EFT reset with me (link in comments/bio) or journal or sit with this prompt✨
What’s one small brave stretch I can honour this week?

Pyjamas. Kitchen floor. Washing machine on spin cycle. Dog cuddles.
This is what heart coherence really looks like.
Not perfect silence. Not a meditation corner.
Just choosing to breathe into my heart in the middle of real life.
When we regulate ourselves in ordinary moments, we’re not just “calming down.”
We’re teaching our bodies safety.
We’re modelling steadiness. We’re breaking patterns.
This is how we raise resilient little Jedis,
not through control,
but through love regulating the body from the inside out.
And nervous system safety matters more than we realise. 💛
That’s why I continue to support because every young person deserves to know that steadiness is possible.
You don’t need perfect conditions.
You just need your heart.

Friday mind massage💆
Perfect families don’t exist. Families maintaining harmony ARE doing the work of repairing, reconnecting, and coming back to each other.
Every time we choose to soften instead of harden, to listen instead of defend, to reconnect instead of withdraw, we’re teaching our children something no book ever could. I believe in this and this is my anchor to keep doing the work even when it's hard🙏

You’ll walk past someone who’s grieving today; someone who is carrying the ghost of love.

You’ll walk past someone who’s grieving today; someone who is carrying the ghost of love.

And the ghost of love is heavy: it makes the easy things difficult, and the difficult things unbearable. It weighs on every breath, every step and every turn that we take. It can make the every-day exhausting.

For some people, the ghost is a new acquaintance, and they carry it on their shoulders.
Unknown and unfamiliar, it is finding its place. Figuring out how to settle here forever.

For some it is an old friend, and they carry it in their arms.
It’s almost pleasant and overly-familiar, but it can still grow heavy; and that’s when it starts to ache.

And for some, it has become a part of who they are.
It walks beside them; love hand-in-hand with grief.

You’ll walk past someone who’s grieving today; someone weighed down by an invisible heaviness that they carry.

It’s new and it’s old,
and then it’s old that becomes new all over again in a heartbeat.

Because, no matter how long they have known it,
that is truly where they carry it.

Not on their shoulders.
Not in their arms.

But always,
always
in their heart.

✨ The One After The Birthday ✨
this morning I came downstairs and the truth felt obvious and made me laugh out loud 😀the work continues.
Not because something is missing, even the washing up was done 😀but because love is lived.
Healing is lived... and support is lived. There is not a neat endpoint where everything is “done.” It is a living, breathing journey of choosing again and again to show up with an open heart.
Thank you for holding me, celebrating with me, and walking alongside me in this. The love is still here. And so is the work. And I’m deeply grateful for both 🙏🤍✨🕊️
(And if you still feel called, the fundraiser is open until Feb 28.) Sending you all my love 🙏

✨ The One After The Birthday ✨
(Like in Friends… but with a lot more heart...and coffee 🤫😜) 🤍I’m still soaking in the care that was showered over my birthday and my PAPYRUS fundraiser...you are so amazing ... the messages, the donations, the shares, the check-ins… love in action. Some of it is still landing, still being answered slowly, properly, you know, with presence and meaning, not rushed.
And this morning I came downstairs and the truth felt obvious and made me laugh out loud 😀the work continues.
Not because something is missing, even the washing up was done 😀but because love is lived.
Healing is lived... and support is lived. There is not a neat endpoint where everything is “done.” It is a living, breathing journey of choosing again and again to show up with an open heart.
That’s why this fundraiser matters beyond my birthday too. PAPYRUS exists so young people don’t have to face despair alone and I want this birthday wish to keep rippling outward long after the candles are out.
So here I am, choosing to keep going. To keep doing the work. To keep taking the next step. Not the easy step… the right one.
The courageous one.
The honest one.
The loving one...and like the Jedi of us, keep practicing allowing guidance and no attachment to outcomes, no fixed expectations, right? … just presence, service, and the next right step🌿✨
Thank you for holding me, celebrating with me, and walking alongside me in this. The love is still here. And so is the work. And I’m deeply grateful for both 🙏🤍✨🕊️

Thursday mind massage💆
Sometimes the hardest part of family life isn’t love for each other, but the different languages of safety, discipline, and care we learned growing up.
We’re often translating between generations while trying to build something new.
That’s not weakness‼️That’s pioneering‼️

Our Story

Hello and welcome to my page, my name is Boglarka, but only Bee for short. I'm an FHT registered, VCTC qualified and fully insured Holistic Therapist, specialized in Body Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. My main motivation as a therapist is to create a safe space for people, where it is allowed to stop, where it is allowed to let go of the daily routine and draw the attention inwards and observe how the body feels physically, how the heart feels and how the mind feels. I create space, where it is safe to trust and let me take care of the person in a holistic way. Holistic is not an supernatural word, but it is a key word to the therapies I do. Holistic means that we are not just our bodies, but we are body, mind and spirit. These three levels give us the concept of a whole person, because these three levels cannot be separated form one another. They affect each other and where there is imbalance, it will show in the other levels too sooner or later. If someone is under continuous stress for example, that will manifest in tension in the body and maybe doubts or maybe anger in the heart. A holistic treatment is a treatment for the whole person with her/his unique needs performed in a safe space, where it is permissible to be as it is that day, you don’t have to comply with anybody’s expectations. It is always heart-warming to see people leaving the room in a higher energetic level, in a different state of mind. They breath calmly and they have another perspective of looking at things. It is amazing! Also, we all know it and it has been proven by studies as well how powerful the touch is.

“The power of touch is profound –... It can strengthen connections, heal, communicate, influence and soothe.” /Source:https://www.heysigmund.com/the-remarkable-power-of-touch//
