Tight hips? You’re not alone! 👋
Here are Kelly’s 3 tips to unlock tight hips — perfect if you sit a lot, train often, or just feel stiff.

1️⃣ Hip Flexor Stretch
Kneel on one knee ➡️ tuck your pelvis under ➡️ gently shift forward until you feel a stretch at the front of the hip. Hold 20–30 secs.

2️⃣ Figure-4 Stretch
Lie on your back ➡️ cross one ankle over the opposite knee ➡️ pull the bottom leg in until you feel a glute stretch. Hold 20–30 secs.

3️⃣ Adductor (Inner Thigh) Stretch
From hands and knees ➡️ extend one leg out to the side ➡️ gently rock your hips back and forth. 10–12 slow reps.

Do these daily for happier hips and easier movement 🙌🦵✨

His last day in clinic will be the 4th December. There's still time to book, but appointments will go fast so book now to avoid disappointment.
