Apologies, for those who may have wanted to try a taster treatment with me tomorrow at the Hardwick Christmas Bazaar.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not be able to attend - however, the event itself is going ahead, just I won’t be there.

I have contributed a Gift Voucher for £25 towards any treatment with me, until 31st January 2026, as a raffle prize and hope they have a fantastic day tomorrow.

On this day 11th November,

I thought it would be the right time to share with you, that I had the honour of giving a taster session of Reiki and Sound Massage session to an American Veteran in the summer, he had his hip badly injured in war and rebuilt, as well as suffered PTSD.

He was apprehensive,but open to trying the therapy.

Afterwards he said he found the treatment to be amazing, a profound positive affect on him mentally, less chatter in his mind, a clear head, calm, at peace and felt safe. Physically, he was totally relaxed,less pain, lighter, centred.

Today, we are remembering those who fell, fought for us to live the life we lead now.

Temple Truffles fabulous truffles!!! Highly recommend!!!
I purchased a box from you on Saturday, at the Marleigh event, right at the end of the day. I bought the mixed box of truffles, oh my they are lovely! My favourite so far is the Matcha one!! Thank you! 🫶🏻
