Two years ago, The Stow had the highest anti-social behaviour rates in Harlow. That’s why - working closely with the police - we took targeted action: high-visibility patrols, expanded CCTV coverage, and genuine community engagement through the Safe to Go Stow initiative.

As a result, anti-social behaviour has fallen by more than a third in the past year.

We know there is much more to do, but this is proof of the difference we’re making by protecting our communities as we Build Harlow’s Future.

Gina is available at Stow Pharmacy

It is a local estrogen treatment called Gina (10 microgram vaginal tablets) which is available without a prescription in the UK. This is the first and only HRT to be sold over the counter, but it is a localised treatment for the symptoms of vaginal atrophy, not systemic HRT for other menopause symptoms like hot flashes.
