Amethyst is believed to ward off negative energy and is often used to quiet the mind, foster wisdom, and provide emotional support by bringing a sense of tranquility and balance.

✨️💖 Reiki helps to rebalance the energy flow in the body. It will help remove blockages within the body which may have built up over years causing pain, stress, worry and the inability to move forward. Reiki will treat the whole person; the body, emotions, mind and spirit.

Sessions will have many beneficial effects such as a deep relaxation, a feeling of security, renewed creativity, clarity of mind and peace. Built in regularly as part of self-care will keep chakras balanced and aligned promoting wellbeing and good health.

I combine reiki with crystal healing which compliment each other beautifully. Each crystal has its own unique vibrations mirroring the properties within the stone. These vibrations will balance the body's own vibrations providing an extra layer of healing alongside reiki energy.

I am a Reiki Master and qualified Crystal Healer. I have a comfortable treatment room at my home, holding a wonderful energy. I have session availability weekday evenings between 6pm-9pm. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and cost £40. I can concentrate on a particular area of concern or offer a full chakra balancing treatment.
