December can be tough for some, but we are here to support you. Please come down if you are struggling, it is why we are here. We have lots of groups happening this week. Our social support groups are a drop in, so you are under no obligation to stay for a certain amount of time. If it is the first time you are coming, you will be greeted at the gate and shown around, someone will have a brief talk to you and then they will sit with you to help you ease into the group. Before you know it, you will be part of the Butterfly family and it will feel like home 🦋💜
