Our carers’ sessions offer:
A space just for you
Many carers feel they must always be “strong” for others. These sessions give you permission to focus on your own wellbeing, without guilt or pressure.
Emotional support and understanding
You’ll meet others who truly understand the realities of caring. Sharing experiences helps reduce isolation and reminds carers they are not alone.
A non‑clinical, relaxed environment
Butterfly Effect Wellbeing offers a calm, welcoming setting where you can talk openly, reflect, or simply sit and be present in a supportive space.
Peer connection
Carers often say the greatest benefit is connecting with people who “get it”. Our sessions build supportive peer relationships, helping carers feel heard and validated.
Support with stress, overwhelm, and burnout
Caring can take a toll on mental and emotional health. Sessions encourage reflection, coping strategies, and healthier ways to manage stress and fatigue.
Access to wider support
Carers can be signposted to additional help, services, or resources where appropriate, ensuring support is holistic and ongoing.
Flexible and accessible support
Our sessions are designed to be welcoming and inclusive, recognising that carers’ lives are busy, unpredictable, and often demanding.
Above all…
Carers’ sessions at Butterfly Effect Wellbeing are about supporting the supporter – helping carers feel valued, understood, and better equipped to continue caring while also looking after themselves 💜🦋
