The Bowen Technique is a gentle whole body therapy using a series of light moves across the skin, muscles, fascia and tendons. This therapy is unique as it has breaks in between sets of moves allowing the body an opportunity to restore structural integrity.
You would be required to have 3 sessions, which take place 5 to 10 days apart. These will take place at Harlow Holistic Therapy Centre.
