MitchyTitch childrens Yoga Fun & Fitness Classes Harlow/surrounding areas

I am a mother of two grown up girls, who has worked with children for the past twelve years as a learning support assistant. I currently work in a junior school as a HLTA, managing the breakfast club, mentoring and supporting learning in class plus delivering sports lessons every afternoon as well as Change for Life sessions. I hold coaching awards in UK Athletics, Sports Hall and British Gymnastics, along with completeing many various courses relating to the psychology of how children learn and develop including an NVQ 3 in teaching and supporting learning. Becoming a Mitchy Titch yoga instructor is an exciting new chapter to add to my passion in involving children, from a young age, in physical activity and mindfulness to promote confidence, development and all the fun that sport has to offer. Mitchy Titch follows EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stages) and includes sensory learning. Our classes pay attention to language, listening and communicate, learning through play, physical, social and emotional development as well as the many benefits yoga has to offer such as building confidence, co-ordination, building and strengthening muscle tone, better sleep patterns, aiding digestion and so much more! No yoga experience in required and everyone is welcome - parents, grandparents or careers - our only policy
