All part of YOU MATTER support for those of us who may benifit from a reset from the chaos, or long term Health conditions, fatigue, injury or chances in our bodies

Thanks to grant from Harlow Council we are able to offer classes on a sliding, affordable scale

And partner with our friends at The Toning Table Therapy Centre at the Stow alongside our Nordic walks programme- new dates to be announced next week
