I have just had this message from a lady I treated earlier this week. She had many health issues and was in so much physical pain when I saw her but there was something deeper. I spent a long time after talking and listening to her - that’s how I work and why I do fewer treatments than some therapists. This comment shows that her treatment helped her holistically on more than one level.

After a 💩couple of weeks with a stomach bug, then a cold, leak through my ceiling and boiler going on the blink, then finally to top it all my reflexology chair snapping last night it was so nice to open this today. Thank you Virginie at soulseedjewellery for designing and making my labradorite pendant, it’s so special and my favourite colours. Wearing it already 🥰🫶💫

Room clean and reset up after a day of treatments, finishing with a holistic facial. There is always more preparation and after cleaning, sanitising with the latter but so worth it, I love doing them and using all the sublime products. It’s therapeutic in itself cleaning and tidying.

So pushed for time this year again (next year will be different I’m promising myself). I usually go out looking for foilage and berries but have done a simpler theme this year, all natural and dried and eucalyptus from my friend’s garden. May need to do some minor adjustments but not bad for 15 mins work.

This was a nice surprise left on Google this morning. It’s always so welcome when people take the time and effort to do a review as it really helps small businesses like mine to keep running. It also helps my confidence!

‘Suzanne has a warm and cosy treatment room, which was bliss on the cold rainy day I visited! She is excellent at what she does and is a lovely person so I felt very at ease and will look forward to returning. Was so relaxed I kept falling asleep. Much needed treat to myself at 35 weeks pregnant!’

I am now fully booked for the next two weeks which takes us into December, so if you are wanting a treatment before the festive madness steps up, please get in touch. As always, I have treatment vouchers available to purchase which can be posted or delivered locally. Treatments to choose from are traditional reflexology, reflexology with hot stones, aromareflexology, Neal’s Yard Holistic Facial or Reiki. I can accommodate bespoke treatment packages or combination treatments if required. All vouchers have a year’s duration.

Picked this book up at charity book stall in Tesco today. Thankfully the female doctor who researched and wrote this and never gave up on her patients has highlighted that these illnesses are ‘real’ and people don’t make this stuff up and are not hypochondriacs. Too many have suffered in silence, been ridiculed and ignored for too long.
