To improve the 8' o clock rush and wait times on the phone we are piloting early access to online consultation for you from the 20th January to 3rd February. This means instead of calling the surgery with your medical problem first thing in the morning, we encourage you to use the online consultation https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/f81078 between 7AM and 8AM. we will get back to you the same day with an outcome for your problem. if you have sent an online consultation please do not call us about the same issue. thank you for your co-operation.
