In awe and profound gratitude for the gorgeous community space with so many abundant souls last night.
We sat in gentle silence and soft chatter to begin. Embraced new practices of connection. Connected to the Venezulan lands by opening our hearts with FULL POWER CACAO. Used the magic vibrations of drumming to dissipate stored tension in our bodies. All before recieving the loving energy of the rose ray during a transcendent soma breathwork session.
How am I feeling this morning? Rested, connected, so happy. Ready to radiate these feelings out into the world today. The world needs such love, I hope you connect to your abundant heart today, fill your cup and allow it to flow out - let the energy of love ripple to those you love and the stranger on the street. Such a nourishing afternoon of integrative womb hara massage at Inner Smile Project.
During today's session there was an outside extravaganza of weather - wind, rain, sleet and then sun! It felt reflective of connecting to all that we store in our bodies, the inner seasons, whilst also showing we can be in deep peace despite what unfolds outside of each of us.
Taking this feeling further, it aligns to the importance of knowing what is unfolding in the world around us is often out of our control and drspite that, feeling peace within allows us to brave what we cannot control with the love we each deserve on our hardest days and thr love we can greet others with on their darkest days.

Spring has been marked. Astrologically we are in Aries. Last week was the new moon and spring equinox. Ostara and her fertile energies are emerging. And yet, 6 more days of darker evenings before the clocks roll back.

How can we connect with the Snowdrops? One of the first flowers I've seen bloom this year and it's bringing in a variety of intuitive thoughts. So here's a quick share, maybe you resonate too?
🌱Snowdrops might be small, but they are mighty!
🌱The first sign of floral life in the midst of winter.
🌱In the dark, cold and wet conditions they've emerged.
🌱The dark mornings remain and whilst each evening we commute home in a little more lightness, I sense these flowers are here to remind us to embrace the darkness a little longer.
🌱Don't rush, easy does it.
🌱Snowdrops are affirming to me that emerging from darkness isn't rushed, it doesn't have to be grand, but simple and pure, despite the conditions.
🌱I've seen them rise amongst others, and together as a collective their beauty is powerful. Connection to community is what this says to me.
So if you're not quite ready to leap and you're battling in your mind the 'I should be doing X' narrative be more snowdrops, bloom small and mighty with the darkness, because of it. Invite in a little simplicity in an easy step on this spiralling journey.

With the energy of Imbolc calling, it feels only right to be stepping out of the quiet hushes and slowness of Winter. Baby steps. Softly and slowly. It's not quite yet time to step into the fullness of the next season.
And yet, holding space today at The Manor Health & Wellness Centre brings excitement and readiness to embrace the energy of this coming cycle.
I hope you're honouring and balancing your internal stillness whilst connecting to the prospect of what is to come.
