I’m a personal trainer,sports massage therapist, & pole instructor who not only wants to get you in shape but help you find your confidence & own motivation. Fitness is so much more than mundane routines & doesn’t have to be a chore.I will show you how it also has such a positive effect on your mental health as well as physical. What you get. Personal Training: 1-2-1 or small group: consultation/assessment, posture & movement analysis, goal setting, main session -cardio/weights/bodyweight), stretching, between-session workout plans, support & nutrition advice. If you are training for a specific sport or event, have ever wanted to exercise but feel body-conscious, don't know what to do, need a buddy to motivate you - then you need a trainer. Pole Fitness: For 1-2 people: you will learn tricks, spins & floor work. My personal fave for increasing strength & confidence
If you've wanted to try it but been to shy or nervous to join a class, have a private session. I want to get you confident, strong & bring out your sass in a fun way. Sports Massage: Consultation/assessment, posture and movement analysis, massage and advanced stretching techniques, after-care advice to improve posture, function, enhance recovery & prevent injuries.
