Inner child work is a powerful way of overcoming elements of internalised shame, sometimes we dont even recognise that this is something that exists. Clients report feeling lighter, light bulb moments and being able to make sense of things that have taken a grip on sense of self.

6 week school holiday spaces to work with school students with social/school anxiety available. Due to not working in schools for the six weeks, I have availability to work over this period from my counselling room in Harold Wood. School students that are on the waiting list to see CAMHS may also find benefit from the sessions. I am a qualified integrative counsellor and work within Havering schools and in private practice, as a therapist for all ages groups that may benefit from strategies and tools to help them cope within school or on the whole.
