One of the single most beneficial things you can do to improve the health, longevity and optimal functioning of your Brain and Body is to
cut right back on Sugar!

One easy quick tip to start right away…
Start looking more closely at food labels, it really takes the guess work out! 😀👍🏼
Look at the number of grams of carbs in the food and underneath it states- “of which sugar”
….. this number is important………Avoid foods that have more than 5grams of sugar in 100g of the food
This will drastically start to cut calories, reducing inflammation and reducing the insulin response to the sugar and so keeping blood sugar levels more stable so that you don’t experience those sugar crashes and it can therefore reduce sugar cravings too!!!! bringing more balance of energy, hormones and improved mental focus

We did a really good workout last night too and it shows how your fitness levels have improved even if you only did the training with us so don't let go of the hard work you've put in. Keep it up!

Sugar-Beaters ... Remember to get in touch with Why you want to get healthy and boost your energy, feel trimmer and fitter .... They were some of the reasons you put down right at the beginning of this 8 week course! So! How is it going?
Also we asked you to try and work out how many tsp of sugar you are eating each day- (1tsp = approx 4g )
This is just to help you focus. The recommended amount is 6 tsp a day
By doing this exercise even just for 1-2 days will help you realise where the hidden sugars are.... You may need a calculator close at hand!!! 😆🍀💕👍🏻 - keep in touch Please!!! We love to hear from you ............😉
