✨ It’s been a little while since I’ve popped up on here! After a busy few months I’m excited to share a little update.
In February, I officially completed my Level 4 Sports Massage qualification — which means I can now offer injury assessments alongside my treatments.

This extra training has really expanded what I can do for clients, from identifying the root cause of discomfort to creating more targeted treatment plans.
I’m looking forward to helping even more of you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster.

If you’ve been dealing with a ni**le, a new injury, or just need some maintenance, I’m here.
