My ‘Walk and Talk’ offers one-to-one outdoor counselling in the fresh air, walking side by side at your own pace. It can feel lighter and less intense, giving you space to breathe, move, and release while still exploring the same depth of therapeutic work with a trusted counsellor.

24/7 notifications of war and disaster. Endless scrolling. Constant noise. Our brains evolved for quiet forests, close tribes, and slow days.

No wonder we’re burnt out.
This isn’t weakness, it’s a mismatch.

You’re not broken.
Modern life is.

Sometimes the best fix isn’t another app. It’s connecting with nature. 🌳
