Today we celebrated St Patrick's Day at Crystal Court Care Home.
We enjoyed lovey food and we sang and danced with Rochelle.
We ended the day with a glass of Guinness or two.

As the new manager at Crystal Court it was lovely to meet a relative who has had adopted cats from Harrogate Cat Rescue. As well as being the manager at Crystal Court I am also a volunteer at the rescue and foster Cats. Here we are exchanging a cat kicker to keep Mr Littons cat happy

🌸 Spring Has Sprung 🌸

With the first signs of spring in the air, our residents enjoyed a lovely wander down to Pannal Green to admire the beautiful crocuses in bloom.

It was so nice to see the sunshine shining and to feel the fresh air as we took in the colourful display. There’s nothing quite like getting outdoors and spotting those first cheerful flowers to remind us that brighter days are here! 🌞💜

Mandy brings an incredible 30 years of experience in the care sector and a true passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives. Her dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centred care shines through in everything she does, with dementia care holding a very special place in her heart.

Mandy began her career supporting people with learning disabilities and has since gone on to successfully manage domiciliary care services, residential homes and nursing homes. With her wealth of experience and compassionate leadership, we’re so excited for this next chapter at Crystal Court.

She’s looking forward to building strong links within Pannal and Harrogate, working closely with our wonderful local community.

We’re thrilled to have Mandy leading our amazing team and can’t wait for residents, families and friends to get to know her. If you see her around, be sure to say hello!
