Full-time/Part time (Days and Nights)/various shifts available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Home-carer you will:
Support our clients in all aspects of their daily living.
Ensure our Home-carers are conducting themselves in a client-centred and professional way.
Provide support for our other care-team colleagues.
Develop effective working relationships with our other working team members on site, as well as the independent residents living at Hollins Hall.
Assist in the development of our philosophy, goals and objectives in a caring function.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK.
2. You must be a car driver with a full UK Driver’s license.
3. Be compassionate and understanding to our client's care needs.
4. A thorough understanding of the Care Act, and CQC’s Essential Standards (although training will be provided)
5. Flexibility in scheduling, the rota will require working alternate weekends.
6. Genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
