Let’s focus on the sides of your achilles 🦵

This exercise is great for strengthening the smaller supporting muscles & tendons that stabilise the ankle, not just the big calf muscles that people tend to focus on.

Repeat for 3 sets, resting 1 minute between each 🔁

Small, consistent strength work like this can make a big difference in how resilient your achilles feels over time!

So many people focus on working front to back but forget about strengthening side to side. Full recovery comes from building strength in ALL directions & improving load tolerance properly.

Planks aren’t just good for your core you know… 👀

If you’ve got a hypermobile neck that often feels tired, clicky or unstable, you might want to give this one a go.

Neck planks are great for improving strength + stability without over-stretching.

Here’s how…
👉 Place a towel or pillow against the wall
👉 Rest your head into it
👉 Walk your feet out slightly & lean forward into the support
👉 Hold for 10–15 seconds
👉 Repeat 3 sets

If this feels easy, lower your head & move your feet further out!

As you can see… wrist strength can be built using whatever you’ve got lying around the house 😅

If it adds resistance, it works!
Try 3 sets of each exercise (10-12 reps) 🔁
