After two and a half years of trying to conceive, two failed IVF cycles, and being told we had just a 1 - 3% chance of ever having a baby, we finally uncovered the missing pieces behind our “unexplained infertility.”
Through deeper investigation, targeted nutrition, lifestyle changes, perseverance, and surgery for previously undiagnosed endometriosis, I conceived naturally at age 42.
This journey has changed everything for me. It has strengthened my belief that “unexplained” often just means we haven’t found the root cause yet, and that there is far more we can do than we often realise to support fertility and women’s health naturally.
As we prepare to welcome our baby any day now, I’m officially on maternity leave. I’ll be returning to work in January 2027, when my nutrition practice will focus on fertility and women’s health.
We are very excited about our next chapter and I’m looking forward to supporting others who are navigating similar journeys and helping them uncover answers sooner when I’m back to work.
Thank you so much for all your support and I look forward to sharing more when I return. ✨
