✨️Celebrating the power of connection this International Women’s Day.

Our weekly sessions have become so much more than time spent 'hanging out'. They’ve grown into a space filled with encouragement, laughter, honesty, and genuine support.

Each week, women come together bringing their own energy, stories, strengths and talents and something really special has formed from that. A sense of sisterhood. A place where we lift each other up, celebrate each other, and simply show up as we are.

Today we celebrate the love, the connection, and the powerful energy that happens when women support women.

Thank you to every woman who is part of this beautiful community. ✨

Wow! It feels like it was many moons ago that we celebrated the upcoming festive holidays with our Balance banquet ! 😳🤔

A massive to Weatherheads butchers in Pateley Bridge for their generosity. Donating us two chickens to make our banquet extra special! 🙌

I have been super quiet...enjoying less screen time & concentrating on family & food 🙏

But its 2026... and what a year its going to be ! Balance is such a fabulous community of truly kind & fabulous women! I cannot wait to see what adventures this year woll bring 🙌🌼
