💖 This Week at The Gatehouse Residential Home! 🏡

What a wonderful week it has been! Our residents have been keeping busy, having fun, and getting moving!

🎶 Musical Magic: We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic singing performance from the talented Rick Fry, who had everyone tapping their feet!

🧘‍♀️ Active & Relaxed: Huge smiles all around for our armchair yoga session with Amy, helping us stretch and relax.

🕯️ We Remember: We took a thoughtful moment to observe Remembrance Day, reflecting together in quiet contemplation.

🎲 Laughter in the Lounge: There was plenty of fun and friendly competition during our afternoon games in the lounge!

Thank you to all our wonderful guests and staff for making this week so special. We can't wait to see what next week brings!

🎃 What a Spook-tacular Week at The Gatehouse! 🎶

We've had a truly incredible week, absolutely jam-packed with fun, music, and festive cheer!

Our residents have been so busy:

🎤 We were thrilled to welcome the fantastic Rick Fry for a lively afternoon of music and singing!

🎨 The home has been transformed thanks to our amazing residents who enjoyed decorating for Halloween and getting creative with handmade decorations.

🧡 There was a bit of healthy competition with our pumpkin carving session – look at these masterpieces!

👻 Our Halloween Party was a huge success, filled with treats, laughter, and great company.

🎆 And to top it all off, last night we cosied up to enjoy a dazzling firework display!

Making memories and enjoying special moments is what The Gatehouse is all about. We hope everyone has a wonderful and safe start to November!

What a groovy week at Gatehouse Residential Home! 🕺💃 Our residents had a blast with a swinging '60s party featuring a delicious buffet and fantastic tunes. We also enjoyed some relaxing flower arranging 🌸 and, of course, a lively game of Bingo in the lounge. Good times and great memories made!

What a fantastic week it's been at The Gatehouse Residential Home! 🎉

Our residents have been busy enjoying a variety of activities, from the futuristic fun of games on the OMI projector to stretching our brains with a challenging astronomy quiz! We also got creative colouring in planets 🪐 and, of course, there was plenty of laughter and excitement during bingo in the lounge!

A huge thank you to Jayne the hairdresser for her wonderful services and to the talented Emma Jayne the singer for bringing music and joy to our home.

It's all smiles here! 😊

What a fabulous week it's been here at The Gatehouse! 🥳

We've been busy celebrating life and having fun:

A very happy birthday to one of our lovely residents

Lots of laughter with our competitive balloon games in the lounge.

Getting our brains working with a lively quiz.

Moving and grooving with our fantastic exercises led by David.

And topping it all off with a wonderful, uplifting performance from the talented singer, Emma.

It's moments like these that make The Gatehouse feel like home. ❤️

This week our residents have enjoyed delicious tapas served with sangria, a wonderful coffee morning with the talented Rick Fry, and a beautiful church service with friends from Kyros church.

🎉 A Week of Smiles at The Gatehouse 🎉

This week has been nothing short of magical for our residents! ✨

🖥️ The OMI projector brought stories and scenes to life, sparking joy and curiosity in every corner of the lounge.
🎯 Darts tournaments had everyone cheering—who knew we had such competitive spirit!
🎤 A talented singer stopped by with his adorable dog, filling the home with music, laughter, and a few tail wags.
🎂 We celebrated Two special birthday’s with cake, candles, and plenty of heartfelt wishes.
👋 And we’re thrilled to welcome two new residents into our Gatehouse family—your smiles already brighten our days.

Every moment here is a reminder that care is more than support—it’s connection, celebration, and community.

What a fantastic week it's been at The Gatehouse! 🎉
We've been busy making memories and enjoying some wonderful events together.
Our week has been filled with music thanks to a spectacular performance by the talented singer Rick Fry. The residents loved singing along to all the classic tunes! 🎤
The weather was almost perfect for our special summer BBQ, where we all enjoyed some delicious food and great company. 🍔☀️
We also had a very special celebration for a resident's birthday, complete with cake and balloons! 🎂
To end the week on a peaceful note, we came together for a lovely church service. 🙏
It's moments like these that make The Gatehouse feel like home. We're already looking forward to everything next week has in store!
