No knead bread is an easy relatively painless way to make delicious homemade bread with my disabilities. There are so many variations you can make from just the base recipe. This recipe is from page. I used half whole meal flour to give it a little extra flavour.

When you need a delicious summer bake, the Aussie Pavlova is the one. Instead of the traditional whipped cream and fruit only, I topped it with homemade lemon curd and mint as well.

Even though my surgery was almost 4 years ago, I have really been struggling with the emotional and physical toll having the brainstem decompression and spinal fusion caused. Has anyone else gone through that?
