My beautiful son Charlie is stepping into the ring at a White Collar Boxing Event in Stourbridge to raise money for 2 amazing charities- Headway Stourbridge supporting people living with brain injuries, and the Disasters and Emergency charity, helping people affected by disasters around the world. The causes are deeply personal to him for all sorts of personal reasons. To take part he had to buy 10 tickets himself so we are hoping to find people who might like to come along to support the event, or buy a ticket as a charity donation if you can’t attend. He is not someone who finds it easy, so I am helping spreading the word. Last morning in Sydney.
Walking on the sand at Jenny Dixon Beach, the sky waking up in soft pinks and gold.

Walking beside my girl, dogs racing the tide, salt in the air, sun rising like a blessing over the water.

There is something about these early beach mornings — the hush, the light, the rhythm of waves — that settles everything. No rush. No noise. Just love, breath, and the steady reminder that this is what matters.

Grateful for sunrise walks.
Grateful for family
Grateful for this beautiful stretch of coast that holds so many memories.
