Well.... what can I say?

Last night's Breathwork session at Fresh Air And was truly magical. The room was gorgeous, the souls that attended were even more gorgeous. We set off on a beautiful journey to the heart space, releasing what no longer serves us, heaviness and anything holding us back.

When we visit the heart space, it is a place of pure love and bliss, no darkness can prosper in there. We release fear, anxiety and tension. The pure possibilities available to a person when they live from their heart are unlimited. No constraints, no ties, no fear,...only love and bliss. Once you've felt it, you'll wonder why you haven't been there before 🌟✨

A little space news 🌿

Our beautiful hub is home to so much strength, care, and conversation - and lately I’ve been thinking it would be lovely to share it a little more.

When we’re not running our own training sessions, the space often sits quiet… so we’re opening it up for occasional or regular hire.

💪 The movement studio – perfect for PT, yoga, Pilates, mobility, or small group work.
🪞 The lounge – ideal for coaching, counselling, or 1:1 sessions that need warmth and privacy.

If you’re a practitioner looking for somewhere grounded, calm, and beautifully kept - or if you know someone who is - drop me a message.

Most of us fight with these parts.

You don’t need to eat perfectly. You don’t need to “get back on it.” You don’t need to undo anything.

You just need to pick one thing - one thing that connects you back to yourself - and do it like you mean it.

Maybe it’s adding a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt to your breakfast.
Maybe it’s standing outside with your coffee instead of doomscrolling.
Maybe it’s training even though you’re not feeling “motivated,” just to remember you can.
Maybe it’s skipping the training and resting your very real, very tired body.
Maybe it's finding a group of people to help (hi 👋)

Health isn’t a checklist. It’s a relationship.
And like all relationships, it needs care, not control.

Out of rhythm? Same.

Summer can throw off everything - your meals, your movement, your motivation.
You’re away more.
Plans change.
The usual structure disappears.

And it’s easy to slip into that old story:
“I’ve fallen off. I’ll just start again in September.”

But here’s the thing:
You don’t need a perfect routine to care for yourself.
You just need to know how to adapt - gently, intentionally, without spiralling into all-or-nothing mode.

That’s what we teach here.

Not rigid plans.
But tools and support that flex with real life - and help you come back to yourself without the guilt spiral.

Jane is our resident powerhouse - 58, Yorkshire born and bred, and has been lifting weights longer than some of us have been alive. She's got decades of experience in strength training, a brilliant sense of humour, and knows her stuff when it comes to navigating peri-menopause and menopause with strength, smarts, and no nonsense.

Mum to two grown-up kids, she also runs her own fused glass workshop (because of course she does - multi-talented queen). She’s the kind of coach who’ll hand you a barbell and make you laugh while you're under it.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
Jane coaches some of our Strength sessions and provides 1:1 support as part of our memberships - you can access small group training, coaching support, the nutrition group, and a community that genuinely gives a damn.
