Hi folks

Unfortunately, I've had a medical issue come up which will require some investigation and probable treatment so I'm really sorry but I won't be able to take the class for a few weeks.

I have therefore decide to stop the classes from today (so no class this Friday 30th Aug) for the time being until the end of September and see where I am at that point.

Please keep an eye on this page as I will post updates and news on here as to when classes will be starting up again.

So sorry to everyone who comes along every week, you have made it such a pleasure to run each class but I hope to be back in action later in the year.

Please remember there is no Qigong class this Monday 26th Aug as its Bank Holiday. Next class will be the Friday 30th Aug at 11am as usual. ✌️❤️

Hi Folks, please rember there is no class this morning 29th July as I'm away on a 60th birthday celebration. Classes start back as usual on Friday 🙏❤️

I completely forgot to mention as I'm old and rapidly going senile that there will not be a class this Monday 29th July as I'm away on a 60th birthday celebration. So sorry for the short notice but I totally forgot!
So the next class will be a week today the 2nd of August

Hi Folks
Class Cancelled

Quite a few people have contacted me to say that they will be away this Friday (28th June) so I have decided to cancel this Friday's class as I just don't think the numbers will be enough to run a meaningful experience.

Apologies to the few that were planning to come but I hope you understand.

The next class will be as usual Monday 1st of July at 11am

Hi Folks

Due to low numbers for the Monday pm class at 12.30 I have decided to stop this class until after the summer.

Anyone who was attending the Monday pm class is more than welcome to join either the Monday or Friday am classes starting at 11am

Sorry to inconvenience the people who were coming to the afternoon class but it's not sustainable at current number levels I'm afraid

Thank you so much for all the warmth and kindness in your messages in wishing me a speedy recovery, they were all lovely to ready and really cheered me up 🙏❤️ X

Happy to say I'm feeling a bit better so Classes will be going ahead as usual from Monday 10th next week and I look forward to seeing you all there.

I hope and trust you have all been doing lots of practice at home.... 🤔😊 ✌️❤️ X
