✨ Wellbeing Wednesday ✨

Stop. Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Take a breath.

When we're overwhelmed, we often tell ourselves we have to push through to the end of the day. But your brain deserves a circuit breaker. 🧠

Taking 120 seconds (2 minutes) to do absolutely nothing isn't wasting time, it's maintenance. You aren't a machine; you're a person navigating a lot. Give yourself permission to pause. ⏸

Ready to hit the circuit breaker? Drop a ☁️ below to let us know you're taking your two minutes today. 👇

🤕 Stress Awareness Month🤕

Since 1992, April has been dedicated to Stress Awareness Month. But why do we have a whole month for it?

Modern life is faster and more demanding than ever. In the UK, a staggering 74% of adults have felt so stressed at some point that they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope.

Stress isn't just a bad day, if left unmanaged, it can lead to burnout, anxiety, and physical health issues like heart disease or high blood pressure.

The theme for 2026 is . Inspired by the idea that small, individual actions create a ripple effect.

This month is about moving from "knowing" to "doing". It’s a call to look at our habits, our workplaces, and our communities and ask:

➡ What small change can I make today to reduce the pressure?

Small changes look different for everyone. Whether it’s starting a gratitude journal, turning off work notifications at 5 PM, or simply taking three deep breaths before a meeting.

💭 What ideas do you have to "be the change" this month? 💭

✨ Wellbeing Wednesday!✨

When you’re supporting someone through a mental health challenge, it’s easy to forget that you need support, too. Being a rock for someone else is exhausting work. If you don't set boundaries and check in with yourself, you risk burnout. This can leave you feeling drained, irritable, or even resentful.

‼️ Remember: taking care of yourself isn’t selfish; it’s what makes sustainable support possible. ‼️

Signs you might be reaching your limit:

🔅 You’re feeling constantly exhausted, even after sleep

🔅 You’re withdrawing from your own friends or hobbies

🔅 You feel a sense of dread when your phone rings

🔅 You’re neglecting your own physical health or routines

📸 Check out our infographic below for 4 key steps to protecting your wellbeing while you care for others.

Remember: You are a supporter, not a professional. You are doing your best, and that is enough.

Have you ever felt supporter burnout? What’s one thing you do to reclaim a bit of peace for yourself? Let’s share some tips in the comments. 👇
