I’m loving our HGS Zumba classes on Tues and Thursdays at 6:30pm!

If you’re in any doubt as to whether to try, then please come along and see for yourself - your first class is free - so come and enjoy the dances and music with some lovely people

I’m always excited with the latest playlists as I try to add 1 or 2 new songs each week - and although I’m Zumba registered instructor - my classes are more like dance fitness classes as I like to use any music I choose in addition to the Zumba ones, and we have some fab ones including, Diana Ross Chain Reaction, Frankie Vallies The Night, Jackson’s Can you feel it… Billy Ocean… Raye… Wham… so so many more

Zumba! Come and get your disco on with Vicky! If you love the BeeGees, Lionel, Elton John, Dr Hook, Wham... then you are going to fit right in. We have an 80/20 approach to Zumba in this class - 80% classic disco and bangers, with 20% latino, hits from the musicals and seasonal sillies.

Medium intensity work out, which you can make low or high impact. Personal interpretations are very much welcomed!

You won't even feel like its a workout, it's exercise in disguise! But check out your step count and calories after the class 🙂

Tues and Thurs evening classes at Harrogate Grammar school are now finished for this year…

… but will return with a bang in the New Year !!

In addition to the 2 classes at HGS - I am starting a class each Wednesday at Pure Gym, Knaresborough 💃🕺
