I’ve had a few messages asking what was the aim with this?
Adam came to us with back pain and nerve pain from a disc injury.
Our main aim to start with has been restoring confidence in movement and a little more effort from his posterior chain (calf, hamstring and glutes) to help protect his back.
The injury/issue is still there but we are trying to build support around the injury to give the disc a chance to have less pressure around it.
3 things we’re working on.
1 - posterior chain tolerance
2 - pelvic movement and control
3 - core strength
